Critical Review and Conversation: At the Blue Hole: Elegy for a Church on the Edge

Session Abstract
Churches are in trouble. All churches are, but certainly Churches of Christ. Whether or not they recognize the threats they are facing is a different matter. The future is fraught with dangers. Many won’t make it. This book is an elegy for those churches. But it is also a story of hope and promise. Reese offers direction and resources for these churches and other Christian fellowships. Resurrection is possible, but first a death will be required. Reviews will address the work from three different vantage points, with the author’s response and audience interaction.
