Session 1
Session Abstract
In a world that rushes toward paradigmatic change, what will theological education look like in the next decade? What are the major, even existential, challenges that schools face? And, what solutions are possible? What new, innovative solutions are seminaries developing, or following, to survive and stay true to their purpose? Our panelists each come with significant generalized knowledge of theological higher education and specific sets of expertises by which they will engage in dialogue over a series of questions that seek to discern what the future of theological education will be and how we will get there.
